What is your cancellation policy?
A $25 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. That amount will be applied to your balance. The remainder of your balance will be charged 14 days in advance of check-in. No refund within 14 days of arrival.
Check-in is after 3:00 pm. (4:00 pm on Sundays)
Check-out is 11:00 am.
Do you allow children?
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome. For safety concerns, children five and under are not allowed in the loft unless accompanied by an adult at all times. The loft is accessible by a ladder. Cribs are not provided.
Do you allow pets?
No. However, we do make allowances for ADA-approved Service Animals. Documentation will be required prior to check-in. Emotional Support Animals do not qualify.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
No.
How do I get there?
Airports: Santa Fe is a two-hour drive. Albuquerque is a three-hour drive. Angel Fire is accessed by Highway 64 from both the east and the west.
An all-wheel drive vehicle (or chains) is necessary to access our Treehouse in the winter.
How should I pack?
We suggest you pack lightly because the treehouse is only accessible by stairs. Comfortable shoes are a good idea for hiking. A light jacket may be appropriate even in the summer. Bring any personal items that you will need for your stay.
Do you provide bathroom amenities?
We provide bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, and a hair dryer.
Do you provide breakfast?
We serve a small continental breakfast with breakfast bars, breakfast breads, juices, coffee and tea.
Do you provide drinks?
We provide an assortment of coffees and teas. Feel free to bring other beverages with you. The treehouse includes a small refrigerator and Keurig coffee machine. There is Lowe's Market in the village.
Do you allow alcohol?
Yes. However, due to the nature of the treehouse and the mountainside environment, we ask that you drink responsibly.
Can I cook in the treehouse?
Limited. The treehouse has a microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, crockpot, and a propane gas grill on the back deck.
*Our area does not allow any outdoor open fires.
Do you have internet?
Yes. There is high speed internet in the treehouse.
Will my cell phone service work during my stay?
T-Mobile service works well here.
What about security?
Angel Fire is not a high-crime area. However, there is a security camera at the front door of the Treehouse.
Do you provide discounts?
Yes. We offer our military a 10% discount on the total stay. An ID must be presented to receive this discount. We want to say thank you for your service and sacrifice to our country.
